More shots of the Red Shirt Protest

These were taken on my way to work yesterday while the red shirts were heading to confront the Prime Minister. Thousands of people went by in cars, trucks, tuk tuks, and taxis. Despite the seriousness of their issues, the atmosphere was pretty festive. Thai country music was blaring over loud speakers and there were lots of smiles all round. Although it's hard to see any resolution in the near future, I do hope things continue to remain peaceful. I've been following Bangkok Pundit here to keep up-to-date with what's happening.
