Cafe Crush: Lenotre

Think decadence with a capital "D"... which oddly enough also stands for dessert which is exactly what Lenotre does with impeccable style and skill.

Earlier this week I headed off to Bangkok for a girl's day out. My friend and I started our day off here at Lenotre in Siam Paragon and were not disappointed.

I've been here several times before (unashamedly!) and I usually have the tiramisu, but this time I was tempted by the noir intense - a divine thick chocolate extravaganza - which, we discovered, is probably best consumed by two. My friend and I ordered one each and neither of us could finish it. Delicious, but super rich.

If chocolate isn't your thing, there are plenty of other sweets to choose from. I've heard wonderful things about their macaroons which I've yet to try (they certainly look beautiful!).

Lenotre has several branches around Bangkok including a French restaurant on Soi Langsuan.
